Shipping in Australia only until further notice.
- Standard tracked shipping within Australia 2-6 business days depending on location.
$5 or free with $50 or over spend
- Express shipping within Australia, next day delivery within Express network, if outside express network Australia post will delivery as fast as possible.
$10 or free with $100 or over spend.
Following Australian Consumer Law our policies are as follows: -
- No refunds on change of mind.
- Exchange for change of mind at the buyers cost, the buyer must pay for the item to be returned safely with tracking, for example if you are returning a necklace it is recommended to return it in the original packing (box) to prevent damage in post. Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Earrings and hair accessories:
- No returns due to hygiene purposes unless faulty, please see faulty* terms below.
*Item is not declared faulty if the consumer has misused the product or if the problem/damage has occured from usual wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied to proceed. Firstly the item will be assessed for fault. If declared faulty it will be repaired unless irreparable; it will be replaced; if unable to replace a full refund will be given.
